Even I have to shake my head when looking back at the “Before” photos of 4111 12th Street, NE. This house is pretty much the epitome of ugly- no offense, but the enclosed front porch clad in rock with burgundy trim was just…ugly. And, despite the enormous flat yard, the house was actually quite small. Well, Dwayne had faith- and marshalled the architects/designer/ and the landscapers to make sense of this house. The changes thus far have been exceptional. Check out the progress. House was completed and sold within 5 days of hitting the market to a wonderful Brookland family who were trading up!
